Overview

MUST SPEAK SPANISH AND BE ABLE TO WORK SATURDAY, SUNDAY or BOTH

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist focused on Medical Devices to join our dynamic team. This role requires providing expert technical assistance for advanced medical equipment, ensuring optimal device performance, and supporting healthcare professionals with troubleshooting and maintenance. Fluency in Spanish is essential to facilitate clear communication with diverse clients and users across regions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in IT support, computer hardware, and network administration, combined with excellent customer service skills. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to healthcare excellence through technical innovation and dedicated support.

Duties

Provide comprehensive technical support for medical devices, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues in real-time.
Assist users with software configuration, updates, and problem resolution related to medical device management systems.
Manage computer systems, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and network infrastructure to ensure seamless device operation.
Support the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network components such as LAN, VPNs, firewalls, DNS, TCP/IP protocols, and Active Directory.
Utilize tools like SCCM, ServiceNow, Jira, and BMC Remedy for incident tracking, problem management, and service requests.
Conduct analysis of technical issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions promptly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain IT infrastructure stability and optimize system performance.
Assist in configuring and supporting mobile devices and peripherals used within healthcare environments.
Provide training or guidance to end-users on operating systems, software applications (Microsoft Office), and security protocols.
Ensure compliance with healthcare data security standards while managing sensitive information.

Requirements

Proven experience in technical support roles specializing in medical devices or healthcare IT environments.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware components, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and software troubleshooting techniques.
Familiarity with network administration concepts including LAN, TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, Active Directory, and TCP protocols.
Experience working with IT management tools such as SCCM, ServiceNow, Jira, BMC Remedy for incident management.
Proficiency in managing Microsoft Office applications and understanding of Microsoft Windows Server environments.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure components including DNS configuration and network security measures.
Excellent communication skills in Spanish; proficiency in English is a plus for global collaboration.
Ability to analyze complex technical issues efficiently and deliver clear solutions under pressure.
