Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior RPA Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of robust automation solutions. This role is hands-on and client-facing, ideal for someone who enjoys owning solutions end-to-end.

You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and leadership to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant automation solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain RPA solutions using industry-standard tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate)
Lead automation solution architecture and provide technical guidance to junior developers
Translate business and functional requirements into efficient automation workflows
Integrate RPA solutions with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems
Ensure automations meet security, compliance, and audit requirements common to federal contractor environments
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize existing bots for performance and reliability
Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and support materials
Support client meetings, demos, and solution walkthroughs as needed
Contribute to automation standards, best practices, and reusable components

Required Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on RPA development experience
Strong expertise with at least one major RPA platform (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar)
Understanding of Agentic AI workflows
Solid programming/scripting skills (e.g., C#, VB.NET, Python, PowerShell, Java)
Experience working with APIs, SQL databases, and structured/unstructured data
Understanding of SDLC, version control, and CI/CD practices
Experience supporting clients in regulated or compliance-driven environments
Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with non-technical stakeholders
Ability to obtain or maintain a Secret Clearance

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting federal contractors or highly regulated industries
RPA Solution Architect or Advanced Developer certification
Experience in a consulting or client-services environment
Ability to obtain or maintain a background check as required by client engagements
Experience in building and deploying Agentic AI workflows
Active Secret Clearance
