Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual (Spanish and English) Recruiter specialized in Electrical and Construction industries to join our growing talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-tier candidates for electrical and construction projects across various regions. Your energetic approach will help us build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders alike, ensuring a seamless recruitment process that aligns with our company’s growth objectives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact by connecting skilled professionals with rewarding career opportunities in the electrical and construction sectors.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies to attract qualified electrical and construction candidates through various channels including social media management, job boards, and cold calling.
Conduct thorough interviews in both Spanish and English to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit, utilizing effective communication skills to engage candidates.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle using applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS or Workday, from sourcing to onboarding.
Build strong relationships with internal hiring managers to understand project needs and provide expert guidance on talent acquisition strategies.
Maintain a robust pipeline of talent through research, talent management, and lead generation activities for future openings.
Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations during all stages of recruitment and employment contracts.
Coordinate employee orientation sessions, employee evaluation processes, and assist with employee relations initiatives as needed.

Requirements

Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential for effective communication with diverse candidate pools and internal teams.
Proven experience in technical recruiting within electrical or construction industries, including executive recruiting, campus recruitment, or internal recruiting roles.
Strong negotiation skills coupled with the ability to manage relationship management effectively across multiple stakeholders.
Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday, Paychex, ADP, Kronos, UltiPro, Taleo or PeopleSoft; experience with ATS platforms like iCIMS or Salesforce is preferred.
Knowledge of HR sourcing techniques including social media management, cold calling, research methods, and lead generation strategies.
Understanding of employment & labor law to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate job requirements and company values in both Spanish and English.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment; strong organizational skills are a must.
