Full Job Description

A fast-growing eCommerce company specializing in premium collectibles is looking for a Magento Tech Lead / Architect to take ownership of their Adobe Commerce (Magento) platform.

This is an opportunity to lead a small team of developers, drive architectural decisions, and build solutions that scale.

What You’ll Do:

Lead & Architect – Design and implement scalable Magento solutions while overseeing a team of three developers.
Hands-On Development – Write clean, efficient code to enhance the platform’s performance and capabilities.
Problem-Solving – Work closely with business stakeholders to translate feature requests into well-structured technical solutions.
Optimization & Innovation – Ensure high availability, security, and best practices across the platform, including integrations with third-party tools.

What You Need:

Experience Leading Magento Development – Proven track record managing developers and owning architectural decisions.
Full-Stack Expertise – Strong PHP, JavaScript (Knockout.js, jQuery), MySQL, and cloud-based Magento development.
Hands-On Coding – This is not just a leadership role—you’ll actively develop and optimize the platform.
Ecommerce & Performance Optimization – Understanding of caching, SEO, and best practices for high-traffic online stores.
