Senior Associate Attorney – Employment Law
$160,000–$200,000 | Remote or Irvine, CA

We’re a growing employment law boutique representing employers in workplace counseling, compliance, and litigation.

We started this firm after practicing in larger law firm environments and asking a simple question:

❓ What if we could do excellent legal work for great clients without the unnecessary bureaucracy, politics, and pressure that often come with big law?

That’s what we’re building.

We’re looking for an experienced employment attorney who wants meaningful responsibility, direct client contact, and the opportunity to grow with a collaborative, flexible, and entrepreneurial team.

This role may be a strong fit if you enjoy:

✔ Advising employer clients on workplace issues
✔ Handling employment litigation matters
✔ Taking and defending depositions
✔ Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and litigation documents
✔ Helping shape case strategy
✔ Working with a team that values quality, practicality, and good judgment

We’re a small but growing team: four attorneys and one paralegal/legal assistant. Most of us work remotely, though occasional travel to our Irvine office may be needed a few times per quarter.

Qualified candidates should have:

✔ 4+ years of California employment law experience
✔ Employment litigation experience, including depositions
✔ Strong writing, communication, and client-service skills
✔ Practical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage matters independently
