About the company

We are a growing home remodeling company specializing in bathroom remodels, basement finishing, and kitchen renovations. We generate consistent inbound leads through paid advertising and referrals and we need a reliable, motivated appointment setter to make sure every lead gets contacted fast, feels taken care of, and shows up to their estimate ready to move forward.

About the role

This is a remote, flexible, commission-based position with uncapped earning potential. You will be provided with full scripts, SOPs, and CRM training from day one — everything you need to hit the ground running immediately.

This is not a passive role. We need someone who is proactive, organized, and takes full ownership of every lead from the moment they come in until a decision is made.

What you’ll be responsible for

Contacting every inbound lead within 5 minutes of them submitting their information — speed is the single most important factor in converting leads in this industry
Calling, texting, and following up with all leads generated from paid ads until contact is made — no lead goes cold under any circumstance
Sending all pre-estimate content, company information, and project details to every lead before their appointment so they show up informed, excited, and ready to move forward
Managing all communication and follow-up after the estimate — handling objections, answering questions, nurturing the lead, and keeping them warm until a final decision is made
Keeping the CRM fully updated after every single interaction so the pipeline is always clean and accurate

Hours

Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm in the client’s local time zone with availability on Saturday mornings from 9am to 1pm. Most inbound leads come in during business hours and early evenings so being responsive and available during these windows is essential.

Estimated active working hours: 30 to 40 hours per week depending on lead volume.

Pay

This is a commission-based role. You will earn 4% of the total revenue from every job that closes from a lead you booked and managed.

Here is what that looks like in real numbers:

A bathroom remodel at $10,000 = $400 commission
A basement finish at $18,000 = $720 commission
A kitchen remodel at $25,000 = $1,000 commission

A setter who books and manages 4 to 6 jobs per month can realistically earn $2,000 to $4,000+ per month depending on job size and volume. There is no earnings cap. Payment is made within 5 business days of the client collecting payment on each closed job.

What we’re looking for

Excellent spoken and written English — clear, confident, natural, and professional on every call and in every message
Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, lead generation, or outbound sales — home services or construction industry experience is a strong plus
Someone who is genuinely comfortable picking up the phone and making calls — this is a phone first role
Highly organized and self-motivated — you manage your own pipeline and take full ownership of every lead without needing to be micromanaged
Reliable internet connection, a quiet professional workspace, and a quality headset
CRM experience preferred — full training and onboarding provided regardless of experience level
Available and responsive during the agreed shift hours — the 5 minute response window on new leads is non-negotiable
