Customer Service – Remote

MicroArt is a unique, quasi-medical cosmetic practice in Beverly Hills that offers a proprietary luxury procedure to change human skin color. For more information, see www.microartmakeup.com.

We are looking for a dynamic, customer service, and sales leader to respond to warm leads.

This position is extremely fulfilling as we help clients make life-changing choices about their appearance. Our clients travel from around the world for treatment, so there is never a dull moment. You will have the opportunity to meet a wide variety of people, from celebrities to people recovering from domestic violence and everything in between. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Patient consultations (sales) by phone, email, and in person at our clinic.
- Closing HOT inbound sales leads over the phone. 90% of patient consultations are done over the phone (100+ phone calls daily).
- Closing $150K-$300K+ per month in sales
- Educate patients about the procedure before and after care
- Scheduling clients
Social media posts
Email Marketing
Assisting in admin tasks that can be done remotely

REQUIREMENTS:

Available to work on Pacific time, 8 am-3 pm, Monday-Friday, and some Saturdays.
Must live in the USA or have lived in the USA
Detail-oriented to be able to give clear and accurate information to clients about MicroArt’s unique procedures. Meticulously organized to be able to schedule clients with 100% accuracy
Able to follow systems, like working in a structured environment with checklists, and take directions well
Strong active listening skills. Excellent with people, warm, friendly, outgoing, and self-confident. Empathetic must be able to have personal conversations with our clients about sensitive body-image issues. For example, scars from suicide attempts, mastectomy, plastic surgery, vitiligo on genitals, alopecia, and a variety of other disfiguring skin issues that we camouflage.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong work ethic, responsible, trustworthy, professional, poised, and sophisticated to sell a luxury service.
Solid computer skills in MS Office – strong command of Outlook, Google Calendar, and CRM (preferably Zoho)
Problem solver. Ability to think on his or her feet when needed and thrives in a fast-paced and busy work environment
Professional appearance and demeanor. Poised and sophisticated to sell a luxury aesthetic procedure.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

5+ years of experience working remotely in your home office, and must have a dedicated home office with all equipment
2+ years of experience in some aspect of the cosmetic/medical environment, such as plastic surgery, dermatology office, or med spa, or cosmetology
5+ years of stable employment history in a professional work environment
Some sales experience
Email marketing
CRM (Ideally Zoho)
