We're looking for a proactive relationship builder who is passionate about healthcare and excited to help grow an innovative women's health company.

Position Summary

As our Women's Health Partnerships & Growth Lead, you will lead outreach and partnership development with healthcare providers and community organizations that serve women.

Your primary focus will be expanding referral partnerships for our Postpartum and PCOS care programs while helping establish Luminum Health as a trusted resource in women's healthcare.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in healthcare administration, physician relations, business development, medical practice outreach, or healthcare marketing.

Responsibilities

Building Healthcare Partnerships

Research and identify OB/GYN practices, women's health clinics, fertility centers, doulas, lactation consultants, pelvic floor physical therapists, and other organizations serving women
Reach out to potential partners through email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach
Schedule and conduct introductory conversations with healthcare professionals
Share Luminum's Postpartum Recovery and PCOS programs with prospective partners
Build trusted relationships that lead to long-term collaboration

Managing the Partnership Pipeline

Maintain and update partnership opportunities in CRM
Track conversations, next steps, and partnership progress
Follow up with providers and organizations after meetings
Prepare weekly updates on outreach activity, opportunities, and learnings
Identify which partnership channels are creating the strongest results

Creating Partnership Opportunities

Coordinate provider education sessions and women's health webinars
Collaborate with the clinical team to create educational materials for partners
Support community outreach initiatives
Help develop partnership presentations, email campaigns, and outreach strategies
Bring market feedback and insights to the founding team

The ultimate goal of this role is to build a scalable healthcare partnership network that contributes to consistent patient growth on a monthly basis through established partnership channels as Luminum expands its clinical capacity.

Qualifications

Preferred:

2+ years of experience in healthcare administration, physician relations, medical practice management, healthcare sales, or partnership development
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable conducting outreach via email, phone, and virtual meetings
Organized and self-motivated with strong follow-through
Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
Passion for improving women's health

Preferred experience working with:

OB/GYN practices
Women's health clinics
Fertility clinics
Hospital systems
Healthcare startups
Telehealth organizations

Performance Commissions

Additional commission opportunities based on measurable business outcomes, including:

New healthcare practice partnerships
Signed referral agreements
Educational webinars coordinated with healthcare organizations
Community partnership agreements
New paying members referred through partner channels

Commission structure will be discussed during the interview process and is designed to reward successful partnership development and patient growth.
