Full Job Description

We are seeking a motivated professional with strong technical knowledge or industry experience in composite core materials, including PVC foam, PET foam, balsa, honeycomb, PMI and other lightweight structural core materials. Experience with carbon fiber and related composite materials is also valuable. Sales experience is preferred, but we also welcome candidates with strong technical or application knowledge gained through composite material manufacturers or specialized material distributors.

Join our international team and contribute to the growth of innovative composite and core material solutions in North America. We welcome candidates who understand these industries, can speak confidently about technical products, and have at least two years of relevant experience in either a sales or technical role.

Key Responsibilities:

·Identify and develop new business opportunities for composite core materials, including PVC foam, PET foam, balsa, honeycomb, PMI and related lightweight structural solutions across the Marine, Transportation and General Industrial markets.· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and industry partners

· Report sales progress and achievements regularly to management

· Apply a customer-centric approach by supporting existing clients and onboarding new customers and product lines

· Develop a deep understanding of our products and competitive advantages, and use this knowledge to expand the customer base

· Address and resolve customer issues relating to products or services

· Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, competition, and customer needs

· Assist in preparing and presenting business proposals, quotations, and tenders

· Develop sales forecasts and manage the sales pipeline

· Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and production, to support customer needs and business objectives

· Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the line manager

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, materials science, or a related field

· Minimum 2 years of experience in composite core materials, advanced composites, marine, transportation, construction materials or other relevant technical industries. Experience with manufacturers or specialized distributors of composite materials is highly preferred.

· Strong negotiation and communication abilities

· Proven capability in building and sustaining customer relationships

· Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

· Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of professionalism

· Results-driven self-starter with a passion for achieving challenging targets

· Adaptable, reliable, and able to work with integrity

· Advanced presentation and communication skills

Knowledge:

Solid understanding of composite core materials (PVC, PET, Balsa, PMI, Honeycomb and related products) and their applications in marine, transportation and industrial markets.Job Type: Full-time, 100% home based
