Full Job Description

Diagenta Inc is seeking a qualified radiologist to provide centralized imaging review services for an oncology clinical trial utilizing RECIST 1.1 response assessment criteria. The selected doctor will perform independent blinded image review, and RECIST 1.1 - based efficacy assessments for CT and/or MRI imaging studies of patients with solid tumors.

Duties:
Centralized blinded independent review (BICR) for 60 patients, with 8 imaging scans per patient (3 to 4 zones with a contrast, CT scans of chest, abdomen and pelvis, obtained over the trial course of 1.5-2 years.
The patients, participating in the clinical study will be treated in 2 national clinical centers: Sydney, Australia and Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

2. Imaging Modalities
The study may include:
CT with contrast: chest, abdomen, pelvis - 90% of scans
MRI with and without contrast - for glioblastoma patients or patients with brain metastasis - 10% of scans
The vendor shall ensure:
- Consistent imaging acquisition review - Protocol compliance verification - Longitudinal comparison across all patient timepoints
3. RECIST 1.1 Assessment Requirements
The vendor shall perform all image evaluations according to:
RECIST Version 1.1 criteria and RANO 2.0 (for brain MRIs)
Based of Standard oncology imaging response assessment practices

Assessments shall include:
-Baseline target lesion selection
-Measurement of target lesions
-Non-target lesion evaluation
-Identification of new lesions
-Calculation of Sum of Diameters (SOD)
Determination of:
o Complete Response (CR)
o Partial Response (PR)
o Stable Disease (SD)
o Progressive Disease (PD)
Lymph node assessments must follow RECIST 1.1 short-axis measurement rules.

5. Reader Qualifications
Radiologists must:
Be board-certified
Have demonstrated oncology imaging expertise
Have prior clinical trial experience
Complete protocol-specific training prior to study initiation (provided by the company)

The vendor shall provide:
Reader CVs and qualifications
Reader calibration/harmonization procedures

6. Study Documentation
The vendor shall support the development and/or review of:
- Site Imaging Manual
- QC Procedures - Response Assessment Workflow

7. Image Quality Control
The vendor shall:
- Review all uploaded studies for technical adequacy
- Verify protocol compliance
- Generate image queries as needed
- Track missing or incomplete imaging data as needed

QC review shall include:

- Slice thickness verification
- Contrast phase compliance
- Correct modality acquisition
- Anatomical coverage adequac- DICOM completeness

8. Turnaround Times (TAT) ≤3 business days per read

9. Data Deliverables
The vendor shall provide:
- RECIST measurement tables
- Longitudinal tumor tracking
- Response assessments per timepoint

Please provide pricing and operational assumptions based on:
- Approximately 60 patients- Approximately 8 imaging timepoints per patient
- CT and/or MRI modalities

Pay: $150.00 - $250.00 per hour
