1099 Enterprise Sales Leaders & Agency Owners - Scale Your Distribution Footprint with 100k+ SKUs

Total Mobility Solutions (TMS) partners with over 200 name brand consumer, healthcare, and medical manufacturers and suppliers, giving independent sales reps access to over 100,000 SKUs across a variety of product categories.

Instead of managing dozens of individual vendor accounts or dealing with administrative procurement bottlenecks, TMS acts as your backend fulfillment, vendor relationship management, and client support powerhouse. We handle the volume procurement, multi-origin vendor shipments, catalog maintenance, and customer service so you can focus on what you do best.

We Are Seeking

Established 1099 Sales Agency Principles, Master Brokers, and Enterprise Leaders with:

An active, operating corporate entity (established Sole Proprietorship, LLC, or S-Corp)
An existing, active 1099 sales force or team of sub-agents
An established, active book of business across clinical (e.g., Urgent Care, Wound Clinic, Private Primary Care, PT/Sports Medicine, Medical Spas, Veterinary, Clinical Lab, etc.) or non-clinical verticals (e.g., Food Service, Hospitality, Commercial Real Estate, Deathcare Industries)
A desire to instantly expand their organization’s product portfolio to maximize wallet share

No mandatory CRM tracking. We do not micromanage your leadership style or force your sub-agents into tedious data entry. Your agency’s relationships remain your agency’s relationships.

TMS is onboarding Enterprise Partners for multi-market and multi-territory expansion. Agency partners will receive protected market assignments within designated territories and verticals. This partnership is for leaders who view sales as a scaling game–you bring the talent and the black book and we provide the master catalog and backend support required to turn your sales team into a regional powerhouse.

This partnership is for you if your agency has:

A leadership mindset that views sales as a recruiting and scaling game
You already have existing talent and an established book of business
A need for a master supply catalog, volume contract access, and elite backend support required to turn your sales team into a regional powerhouse.

Direct access to 200+ name brand manufacturers and 100,000+ SKUs.
Continuous expansion and management of OEM relationships and product categories
Catalog management, pricing maintenance, and automated SKU administration
An aggregator database allowing your team to instantly source exact brand matches, approved product substitutions, and avoid backorder friction
Complete supplier relationship management and manufacturer onboarding
Product sourcing and research assistance for specialized, high-tech, or difficult-to-find items
Freight review, logistics coordination, and purchase order management
Transparent master payment tracking and gross profit reconciliation
Live order, payment, and payout visibility for clear reporting
Sales support materials, product cheat sheets, ancillary training materials and market data, and manufacturer marketing collateral

Because you operate an independent entity with your own book of business, we do not dictate your schedule or the methodology of the sale. We do not mandate corporate meetings, require weekend huddles, or dictate quotas.

Master Service Agreement (MSA) for 1099 Independent Agencies & Enterprise Leaders
Uncapped commissions built on 50/50 gross profit split
Transparent pay structure with payout within 72 hours of receipt of full client payment reconciliation

Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
