About Drip Hydration

Drip Hydration is a leading mobile medical provider delivering on-demand IV therapy, specialty infusions, and wellness treatments directly to patients in their homes, hotels, and workplaces across the United States.

As we continue to scale nationally, we are expanding our telemedicine team to support clinical clearances and direct-to-consumer treatment offerings, including IV therapy, specialty infusions (NAD+, Iron, etc.), ketamine lozenges, and medical weight-loss programs.

Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed Telemedicine Provider (Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician) to support our multi-state operations by conducting virtual medical clearances and prescribing services.

This is a fully remote, flexible role ideal for providers seeking consistent monthly supplemental income with minimal administrative burden.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct telemedicine evaluations and medical clearances for:
IV hydration therapy
Specialty infusions (e.g., NAD+, Iron, and other wellness therapies)
Review patient intake forms and determine treatment eligibility and safety
Prescribe and oversee direct-to-consumer treatments, including:
Ketamine lozenges (as applicable per state regulations)
Medical weight-loss therapies
Other wellness-based medications and protocols
Provide clinical guidance and risk assessment for nursing staff in the field
Ensure compliance with state-specific telemedicine laws, DEA regulations, and clinical protocols
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
Collaborate with internal teams including operations, nursing, and compliance

Qualifications

Active license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or Physician (MD/DO)
Multi-state licensure required (or ability/willingness to obtain additional licenses)
Active DEA license (required for prescribing, where applicable)
Experience in telemedicine, or wellness-based medicine preferred
Comfortable evaluating and prescribing in a remote environment
Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently

Preferred Experience

Experience with IV therapy or infusion-based treatments
Familiarity with ketamine therapy and/or weight-loss medications
Background in multi-state telehealth compliance

Compensation & Schedule

Monthly compensation: $1,500 – $2,000 (based on availability and coverage)
Fully remote – work from anywhere in the U.S.
Hours: 12-8pm PST + weekend coverage
