Full Job Description

eSoftware Associates is seeking a Senior Full Stack Microsoft 365 Developer / Architect to design, develop, and deliver enterprise business solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem. This is a hands-on development role requiring expertise in Microsoft 365, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Platform, Azure, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Graph API, React, TypeScript, C#, and SQL Server.

The ideal candidate is a senior Microsoft 365 developer who can independently design, architect, and build enterprise business solutions. Candidate has a proven track record delivering production-ready Microsoft 365 solutions and is comfortable moving between client discussions, architecture design, development, troubleshooting, and deployment.

What You Will Do

· Design and develop Microsoft-based business solutions

· Build SPFx applications and modern web experiences

· Develop Power Apps, Power Automate solutions, and Copilot agents

· Create integrations using Microsoft Graph API, Azure services, and third-party platforms

· Develop Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and cloud-native solutions

· Participate in client discovery, solution design, and technical planning sessions

· Create technical documentation and architecture deliverables

· Lead technical delivery across client projects

· Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing client solutions

Non-Negotiable Requirements

· 8+ years of Microsoft development experience

· Extensive SPFx development experience

· Power Platform development experience

· Experience with Azure Functions and/or Logic Apps

· Experience with Microsoft Graph API

· Experience delivering client-facing projects

· Ability to demonstrate previous work

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

Candidates selected for interviews should be prepared to demonstrate previous solutions and discuss their specific contributions to those projects.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Microsoft technology expert who can design solutions, build applications, integrate systems, and guide clients from concept through deployment.

This is a hands-on development role. Candidates should currently be developing solutions and not solely functioning in project management, consulting, or advisory positions.
