About the Role:
- Setting: 100% Remote Consults for IP/ER/ED
- Compensation: 1099 - $185/hr - robust pay structure (productivity-based to maximize earnings)
- Patient Population: All ages (5+ in ER settings preferred)
- Schedule: 13-16 shifts per month— weekends required but now only 1-2 shifts/month
- NP Supervision: Collaborate with highly trained Iris PMHNP

Qualifications:
- Active medical license, IMLC Letter of Qualification is a plus.
- Completion of a 4-year ACGME Residency Program in Psychiatry, open to considering extremely experienced PMHNPs
- Board Certification Required
- At least 2 years of post-residency consult-liaison experience.
- Experience and willingness to treat patients ages 5+ for ED/ER consults
- Comfortable working with multiple health systems and varying acuity levels
- Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
