Role Scope: US & Canada Personnel Support
Key Responsibilities
- Hardware Provisioning: Prepare, configure, and test new and replacement desktop and laptop hardware (PC-based) for deployment.
- Imaging & Deployment: Utilize enterprise deployment tools to image devices with standardized corporate builds.
- Software Configuration: Install and configure essential productivity software, including Microsoft Office Suite and specialized security applications.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate tracking of hardware assets for the US and Canada regions using asset management systems.
- Quality Assurance: Perform post-imaging checks to ensure all peripherals, network connectivity (VPN/Wi-Fi), and BIOS settings meet company standards.
- Logistics Support: Coordinate the packaging and shipping of prepared devices to remote personnel across North America.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training in IT or a related field is a plus.
- Technical Experience: Proven experience in PC hardware setup, Windows OS installation, and troubleshooting.
- Software Proficiency: Strong familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office products.
- EUC Fundamentals: Knowledge of device provisioning, driver management, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
- Detail Oriented: Ability to manage high-volume hardware preparation with strict attention to configuration accuracy.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($27-$30/hourly ). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
