Full Job Description

Job Summary

SENA is looking for a dependable, personable, and motivated Client Outreach Specialist to join our team. This is a phone-focused position for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building rapport, and helping prospective clients take the next step in their financial journey.

Your primary responsibility will be reaching out to individuals who have requested information about financial services, having genuine conversations about what they are looking for, determining how our advisor team may be able to help, and scheduling qualified appointments.

This is not cold calling. You will be contacting individuals who have already expressed interest or requested to be connected with a financial professional.

What You'll Do

Make outbound calls to new and existing leads who have requested information about financial services
Respond promptly to new leads, including time-sensitive Quick Call opportunities
Build rapport and create a positive first impression for the advisor and SENA
Ask appropriate questions to understand each prospect's needs and determine the best next step
Schedule qualified prospects for appointments with the appropriate financial professional
Accurately document calls, outcomes, appointments, and follow-up needs
Complete scheduled follow-up calls and outreach throughout the day
Manage a high-volume lead pipeline while staying organized and attentive to individual prospects
Follow established call processes, scripts, compliance requirements, and advisor-specific instructions
Communicate professionally with advisors and the SENA team regarding leads, appointments, and follow-up
Help ensure every prospect receives timely, friendly, and professional service

What We're Looking For

The right person for this role is comfortable spending a significant portion of the workday on the phone and understands how to be persistent without being pushy.

You may be a great fit if you:

Have excellent verbal communication and people skills
Are confident and comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
Can quickly build rapport with different personalities
Are dependable and able to work independently in a remote environment
Have strong organization and follow-through
Are comfortable learning scripts while still sounding natural and conversational
Can handle rejection without becoming discouraged
Are coachable and willing to receive feedback
Pay close attention to details and accurately document your work
Are comfortable working with computers, web-based systems, and multiple applications
Have a professional, friendly, and service-oriented attitude

Previous experience in customer service, appointment setting, inside sales, call centers, client services, financial services, or administrative support is helpful but not required for the right candidate.

Schedule & Availability

This position is expected to work approximately 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday.

Because many of the clients and prospects we serve are located in the Eastern Time Zone, reliability during the morning hours is especially important. New overnight leads and other time-sensitive outreach must be handled promptly at the beginning of the workday.

Occasional opportunities for additional hours or Saturday work may become available.

Growth & Additional Opportunities

As SENA continues to grow, this position may have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities, including:

Providing backup support for other members of the outreach team
Assisting additional advisor accounts
Administrative and client-service responsibilities
Additional earning opportunities tied to successful appointment setting

Success in this role isn't simply making a large number of calls. We are looking for someone who can consistently turn conversations into meaningful next steps.

You'll be successful when you're able to connect with prospects, listen to what they need, represent our advisors professionally, follow up consistently, and book qualified appointments.

Reliable high-speed internet

Ability to maintain a professional, distraction-free work environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to reliably work the required schedule
Ability to successfully complete required onboarding, including a background check and fingerprinting
Ability to protect confidential client and prospect information

Pay: $600.00 - $2,000.00 per month
