Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused remote Insurance Account Representative with State Farm experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while providing exceptional service and support. You will leverage your communication and negotiation skills to assist clients in understanding their insurance options and ensuring they receive the best coverage tailored to their needs.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service.
Assist clients in selecting appropriate insurance products by assessing their needs and providing tailored recommendations.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth.
Engage in outside sales activities, including networking events and community outreach, to promote insurance offerings.
Handle incoming inquiries through telemarketing efforts, ensuring a professional representation of our services.
Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to meet client expectations while adhering to company guidelines.
Provide support in benefits administration, ensuring clients understand their policy benefits and coverage options.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service or retail sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information and negotiate terms.
Self driven to stay productive and effective while working remotely.
Familiarity with insurance sales processes and benefits administration is a plus.
Experience in outside sales or telemarketing is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
