Senior Account-Based Marketing Manager – B2B Technology Services

Location: Remote
Preferred Locations: Atlanta, Austin, Chicago, East Coast, or Central Time Zone- no west coast
Compensation: $110,000–$130,000 base salary + 13% bonus
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Account-Based Marketing Manager to build and execute targeted ABM programs for strategic enterprise accounts.

This role is ideal for someone who has marketed complex B2B technology services or consulting services — not just software products. The right candidate will know how to take services such as software engineering, product engineering, AI/data, cloud, application modernization, QA/testing, digital transformation, or consulting-led delivery and turn them into clear, differentiated messaging that opens conversations with enterprise buyers.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can partner closely with Sales, research target accounts, identify buying groups, create personalized campaigns, and measure account engagement and pipeline impact.

Must-Have Experience

B2B technology services, IT services, software engineering services, product engineering, digital transformation, AI/data, cloud, application modernization, QA/testing, managed services, or consulting services marketing experience
Hands-on ABM experience, including 1:1 or 1 campaigns for strategic or enterprise accounts
Strong Sales partnership experience, including working with account executives, client partners, or business development teams
Ability to create differentiated messaging for complex services that are customized, consultative, or hard to productize
Experience researching target accounts, mapping buying groups, and creating account-specific campaigns
Ability to measure ABM success through account engagement, meetings generated, pipeline influenced, pipeline generated, opportunity movement, or revenue impact
Experience using CRM, marketing automation, or account intelligence tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Demandbase, Terminus, 6sense, RollWorks, GA4, Tableau, or Excel

Key Responsibilities

Build and execute 1:1 and 1 ABM campaigns for strategic enterprise accounts
Partner with Sales to identify priority accounts, key stakeholders, buying groups, and pipeline opportunities
Develop account-specific messaging, campaign themes, content ideas, and engagement plays
Create campaigns across email, LinkedIn, webinars, events, executive outreach, digital channels, landing pages, and sales enablement
Translate complex technology services into clear business-outcome messaging
Track and report ABM performance, including engagement, meetings, pipeline influence, and campaign effectiveness
Help build scalable ABM processes, playbooks, and reporting frameworks

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate has experience in a B2B technology services, IT consulting, digital transformation, software engineering, product engineering, AI/data, cloud, or professional services environment. You should be both strategic and hands-on, comfortable building programs from the ground up, and able to work in a lean environment without needing a large team or huge budget.

This is not a general brand marketing or paid media-only role. We are looking for someone who understands strategic account marketing and can help create meaningful conversations with enterprise buyers.

Nice to Have

Experience marketing software engineering, product engineering, AI/data, cloud, or digital transformation services
Experience supporting enterprise sales teams or client partners
Experience using AI tools for account research, signal monitoring, content personalization, and campaign planning
Experience building ABM programs from scratch or improving an early-stage ABM function
