Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant to join our innovative team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll modules to deliver comprehensive enterprise payroll solutions that drive efficiency and accuracy. Your strategic planning skills and deep understanding of business processes will enable you to implement, optimize, and support large-scale payroll systems. You will collaborate across teams, manage client relationships, and lead organizational change initiatives to ensure seamless payroll operations aligned with client objectives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence enterprise solutions and contribute to transformative technology projects in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Analyze client payroll business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations.
Lead end-to-end payroll system configurations, including setup of payroll elements, legislative configurations, and security profiles.
Facilitate workshops with clients to gather detailed process maps, identify improvement opportunities, and develop tailored solutions.
Manage project timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and oversee change management efforts to ensure successful deployment of Oracle Cloud Payroll modules.
Provide expert guidance on process improvements, automation strategies, and best practices for large-scale organizational change management.
Conduct data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy of payroll processing and reporting.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including verbal communication with executives on project status, risks, and strategic recommendations.
Support business development activities by identifying opportunities for additional enterprise solutions implementation and consulting services.

Experience

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant specializing in Oracle Cloud Payroll or similar enterprise payroll systems.
Extensive project management experience in technology implementations within management consulting or consulting firm environments.
Strong background in process mapping, business analysis, and process improvement methodologies such as Lean management.
Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale organizational change management initiatives successfully.
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with senior leadership and clients effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and presentations.
Solid research skills combined with data analysis expertise to inform strategic decision-making.
Experience working on enterprise solutions implementation projects involving cross-functional collaboration across HR, finance, and IT teams.
Knowledge of management consulting practices related to business development and client communication is highly desirable.
