National Sales Manager

Remote | Flexible Schedule | Build Recurring Income

Just Paw Naturals is a rapidly growing Ohio based pet products company expanding nationwide. We specialize in naturally dehydrated, single ingredient dog treats and chews made without unnecessary fillers, artificial colors, or preservatives.

We're looking for sharp, self motivated sales professionals who know how to recognize opportunities, build relationships, and turn conversations into long term business.

This isn't a traditional scheduled sales position. It's an opportunity to work strategically, develop your own book of business, and create recurring income from the customer relationships you build.

Build a Book of Business That Keeps Working for You

Sales Managers receive 15% on qualifying direct sales and 10% on qualifying monthly recurring sales.

The real opportunity is in building strong, repeat accounts. Instead of starting from zero every month, you can continue growing your customer base while maintaining the relationships you've already established.

For someone who understands sales, this creates an opportunity to work efficiently and build an additional stream of recurring income without the structure or time commitment of a traditional sales position.

A Large Market to Sell Into

Our products fit into a wide variety of businesses, including independent pet stores, groomers, veterinary clinics, boarding facilities, trainers, breeders, feed stores, natural grocery stores, distributors, and other pet focused businesses.

You're also encouraged to develop business through your personal network, referrals, local communities, farmers markets, events, dog parks, social media, and other opportunities you identify.

We Give You the Tools

You won't be expected to build your sales process from scratch.

Sales Managers receive access to company provided leads, monthly calling lists, veterinary lead databases, outreach templates, sales playbooks, product education, training materials, and our Sales Manager Hub.

You'll also have direct access to our Sales Director for personalized strategy development, one on one coaching, call shadowing, account planning, and assistance moving opportunities toward a close.

You bring the ability to sell. We'll give you resources to help you do it more efficiently.

Qualifying Sales Managers can earn additional percentage incentives, cash bonuses, product rewards, and monthly phone and WiFi reimbursement.

Our larger achievement programs include rewards such as all inclusive vacation packages valued up to $3,000, plus $1,000 in spending money.

And we're just getting started. As Just Paw Naturals continues expanding, we plan to introduce even bigger incentive and recognition programs for our strongest performers.

Work When It Makes Sense for You

This is a fully remote, nationwide opportunity with no minimum scheduled hours.

You determine when and how you develop your accounts. Someone with an existing career or business can build this as an additional income stream, while someone who wants to pursue it more aggressively can dedicate more time toward developing a larger customer base.

We care about the business you build, not how many hours you sit behind a computer.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for people who can take initiative.

You should be confident picking up the phone, walking into a business, following up when others don't, recognizing opportunities, and developing professional relationships that turn into repeat customers.

Previous sales, account management, or business development experience is preferred, but we're also interested in naturally strong communicators who are coachable, resourceful, and motivated.

You won't be micromanaged, so the ability to work independently is important.
