Position Title: 340B Program Analytics Manager

Position Summary

The Lead Data Analyst – 340B Program Analytics is responsible for driving data strategy, reporting infrastructure, and advanced analytics that optimize 340B qualification performance, revenue capture, and compliance integrity across the organization’s 340B portfolio.

This role serves as the analytical lead for 340B operations, partnering with Operations, Finance, Compliance, Sales, TPAs, Wholesalers, and Covered Entities to transform complex claims, prescription, and contract data into actionable insights. The primary objective is to identify submit claims data, review for qualification leakage, improve referral capture, strengthen audit readiness, and protect 340B revenue through data-driven decision-making.

This is a highly visible role requiring strong technical expertise, business acumen, and the ability to translate analytics into strategic operational action.

Key Responsibilities

1. 340B Qualification & Revenue Analytics (40%)

· Analyze 340B claims, accumulations, referral capture data, and contract pharmacy activity to identify qualification gaps and revenue leakage.

· Develop and maintain tools to identify and properly categorize claims with appropriate Covered Entity partners.

· Develop models to monitor and improve 340B qualification rates across the portfolio.

· Develop, maintain and execute on data submissions processes with TPAs, vendors, and internal teams.

· Quantify financial impact of missed qualifications and implement tracking mechanisms to measure improvements.

· Perform root cause analysis on failed or reversed qualifications.

· Support ADM performance analysis and optimization initiatives.

· Partner with operations leadership to validate eligibility logic and qualification workflows.

· Partners with sales to provide sales related reporting for new covered entity growth.

2. Data Infrastructure & Reporting (25%)

· Design and maintain dashboards tracking:

o Qualification rates

o Referral capture performance

o Implementation speed and accuracy

o HRSA readiness metrics

o Revenue and margin impact

· Standardize KPI definitions and reporting methodologies across the 340B vertical.

· Build scalable reporting tools to support both executive-level visibility and operational monitoring.

· Ensure data accuracy and integrity across TPA, wholesaler, pharmacy, and internal systems.

· Automate recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency.

3. Compliance & Audit Analytics (15%)

· Develop audit-ready reporting frameworks aligned with HRSA requirements.

· Support internal and external audit preparation with documentation validation and transaction-level analysis.

· Monitor for compliance risk indicators within claims and contract pharmacy arrangements.

· Identify anomalies, pricing discrepancies, or duplicate discount risks through structured analytics.

4. Strategic Insights & Cross-Functional Partnership (15%)

· Serve as the analytical advisor to 340B Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership.

· Translate complex data findings into actionable business recommendations.

· Present findings through executive-level summaries, visualizations, and financial impact modeling.

· Support pricing restoration analysis with wholesalers and manufacturers.

· Provide forecasting and scenario modeling for qualification performance improvements.

5. Continuous Improvement & Advanced Analytics (5%)

· Identify opportunities for predictive modeling and trend forecasting within 340B activity.

· Implement process improvements driven by data insights.

· Evaluate new data sources to enhance qualification tracking and revenue optimization.

· Support strategic growth initiatives with analytical modeling and opportunity sizing.

· Experience with large healthcare datasets (claims, pharmacy, TPA, wholesaler data).

· Tableau, Power BI, and/or Python experience preferred for advanced analytics and automation.

· Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM reporting environments a plus.

Education & Experience Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Health Informatics, Statistics, Economics, or related field required.

· 5+ years of data analytics experience within healthcare, specialty pharmacy, pharmaceutical services, or 340B environments.

· Direct experience analyzing 340B claims and qualification data strongly preferred.

· Experience supporting revenue cycle, pharmacy operations, or compliance analytics highly desirable.
