Join our innovative telehealth team and provide essential, specialized rehabilitation care to patients in post-acute settings across Florida. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise remotely, manage your own schedule, and maximize your earnings through our performance-based RVU model.

Set your own consultation schedule within our standard service hours, which include Monday to Friday and some Saturdays. We require a_ minimum commitment of 10 hours per week or 40 hours per month_, giving you the flexibility to manage your schedule, maximize your earnings, and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

What You'll Do

Conduct comprehensive virtual consultations for patients in post-acute care facilities across Florida.
Evaluate and treat patients with physical disabilities or chronic conditions, focusing on restoring function and improving quality of life.
Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide spectrum of neuromuscular and musculoskeletal conditions, including stroke rehabilitation, spinal cord injuries, chronic pain, and mobility impairments.
Develop and adjust evidence-based treatment plans, including therapy recommendations, medication management, and prescription of assistive devices.
Educate patients and their families about their condition, treatment adherence, and how to manage their recovery effectively in a remote setting.

Position Information

Location: 100% Remote (Must be licensed in Florida)

Job Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

Schedule: Self-Directed, Highly Flexible Hours (Part-time or Full-time availability)

Qualifications & Requirements

Active Florida Medical License: Must hold a current, unrestricted MD or DO license in the State of Florida (a dealbreaker!).

Board Certification: Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R).

Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) with a completed PM&R residency.

Experience: Proven clinical experience as a practicing PM&R physician. Prior telehealth or post-acute care experience is a strong plus.

Proof of Liability Insurance: Must provide a current Certificate of Insurance (COI) as evidence of active professional liability (malpractice) coverage upon contract signing.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in EMR navigation (experience with common SNF EMR systems is a plus) and comfort utilizing telemedicine technology.

Skills: Strong commitment to quality improvement, excellent communication skills for collaborating with diverse facility staff, ability to work autonomously, and clinical empathy tailored to the geriatric and post-acute population.
