This is an independent contractor, commission-based referral opportunity designed for individuals who enjoy making meaningful introductions—not traditional salespeople.

Seafair operates the largest and most luxurious private event megayachts ever built in the United States.
Our iconic vessels host exclusive private events for 50 to 600 guests throughout South Florida, including Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, and Palm Beach, as well as Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Sarasota on Florida's Gulf Coast.
Every event is completely customized and may include:

Event investments typically range from $40,000 to more than $300,000, placing Seafair among South Florida's premier luxury event destinations.

Your Role
As a Seafair Community Ambassador, your role is simple.
- Introduce qualified prospects to Seafair.
- Share our digital materials and event inspiration.
- Invite interested prospects to tour the yacht.
- Introduce prospective clients to our professional event team.
- Continue enjoying your relationship while our team handles the rest.
Our experienced sales and event professionals manage every aspect of the client experience—from consultation and proposal through planning, contracting, and event execution.
Your role is simply to make the introduction.

Rather than asking you to sell events, we provide everything you need to confidently introduce qualified prospects to our experienced team.
Compensation
Community Ambassadors earn generous referral commissions for every event that is referred and contracted.
Typical commissions range from $1,200 to more than $9,000 per event, depending on the size and scope of the event.
There is no cap on your earning potential.
Many Ambassadors find this to be an ideal opportunity to generate meaningful supplemental income while expanding both their personal and professional networks.

Previous luxury sales experience is helpful but not required.

Multilingual candidates are especially encouraged to apply. Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Hebrew, French, Haitian Creole, Arabic, or other languages is a significant advantage.
