About the Role

Allegiant Digital Marketing is a full-service digital marketing agency serving partners across the United States and Canada. We work in seven verticals — home services, franchise, private equity, mid-market, medical, legal, and manufacturing — and our partners are the operators who own the P&L, not marketing departments buying on someone else's behalf.

We are a Google Partner, a Semrush Certified Agency, and a Certified CallRail Agency. We were named an Inc. Power Partner in 2024 and 2025, hold a 50PROS Top 10 Global ranking, and carry a BBB A+ rating. We are a fully remote company.

We are looking for an experienced paid search specialist to take on a book of partner accounts and run them end to end — strategy, build, optimization, and reporting. This is a hands-on seat, not an oversight seat. You will own budgets, make the calls that move performance, and talk directly to the people whose money you are spending.

Our accounts are lead generation, not e-commerce. Success is measured in qualified calls and form fills at a cost the partner can build a business on, which means call tracking, lead quality, and conversion integrity matter as much as platform mechanics.

You will report to the SEM Team Lead and work alongside one other specialist.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize a book of 10 or more partner accounts across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Local Services Ads, and paid social
Own monthly ad budgets and pacing, and be accountable for what those budgets return
Build and restructure campaigns — keyword strategy, match types, negatives, bidding, geo-targeting, and ad copy
Implement and validate conversion tracking, including call tracking and lead-quality review
Analyze performance against CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and lead quality, and act on what the data shows
Produce clear reporting and explain performance to partners in plain language
Log work consistently and to standard, so that any account's history is legible to anyone who picks it up
Work with SEO, Content, Web, and Partner Support to keep campaigns aligned with everything else running on the account
Mentor junior team members and share what you knows

Required Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on SEM and paid search experience
Agency experience managing 10 or more accounts at the same time
Direct ownership of monthly ad budgets and accountability for their performance
Strong command of Google Ads — search, display, and Performance Max
Working knowledge of Microsoft Advertising
Current Google Ads certifications
GA4 and conversion tracking implementation experience
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fully remote team, with the communication habits that requires
Strong analytical skills and comfort defending a recommendation with data

Preferred Skills

Lead-generation vertical experience — home services, franchise, medical, legal, or manufacturing
Local Services Ads, call tracking, and lead-quality analysis
CallRail or a comparable call-tracking platform
Paid social buying — Meta in particular
Landing page testing, CRO, and CRM integration experience
Microsoft Advertising certification
