We're seeking an experienced Client Success Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team and lead the delivery of an outstanding client experience.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, leading high-performing teams, improving service operations, and partnering with executive leadership to help shape the future of a growing Managed Services Provider (MSP).

Duties

As our Client Success Manager, you will:

Serve as the primary advocate for client success and satisfaction.
Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Lead and develop our service delivery and technical support teams.
Oversee day-to-day managed services operations and service quality.
Manage client escalations and ensure successful resolutions.
Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Develop and improve SOPs, documentation, and operational processes.
Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives and continuous improvement.
Coach, mentor, and develop team members while fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and collaboration.

Skills

5+ years of experience working in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment.
Experience leading Help Desk, Service Delivery, Technical Support, or Client Success teams.
Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
Experience managing service operations, KPIs, and SLAs.
Experience developing SOPs and operational documentation.
Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational abilities.
Ability to balance client advocacy with operational excellence.

Technical Knowledge

Candidates should possess a strong understanding of:

Microsoft 365 & Microsoft Entra ID
Windows 10 & Windows 11
macOS
Windows Server
Endpoint management
Cybersecurity best practices
Backup & disaster recovery solutions
Managed services operations

Experience with Atera, Datto, MSP360, Sophos, and Duo Security is highly preferred.
