Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Online Chat Representative to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will be the friendly face and helpful voice that ensures our customers receive exceptional support and service. Duties

Greet customers promptly and professionally at the front desk, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously.
Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, or in person, ensuring high-quality customer support.
Handle data entry tasks using computer skills, including updating customer records and processing transactions with software like QuickBooks.
Maintain organized filing systems, manage calendar appointments, and support office management functions.
Perform clerical duties such as proofreading documents, managing office supplies, and supporting administrative tasks like proofreading correspondence.
Support office operations by managing Google Workspace tools, scheduling appointments, and assisting with bookkeeping or billing as needed.

Skills

Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clients.
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
Previous office experience including clerical work, data entry, filing, and administrative support is highly desirable.
Knowledge of front desk operations, medical or dental receptionist experience is advantageous.
Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping software enhances your ability to manage financial records accurately.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail; typing speed and proofreading skills are beneficial.
