*Candidates must have Digital Marketing experience as an Account Manager or in a Performance Marketing role*

H2O Digital Marketing, one of North America's Fastest Growing digital agencies, is seeking an Account Managerto help support our growing client base. Our agency focuses on helping clients craft, navigate and execute their digital marketing strategies. Our client list spans local retail businesses, multi-unit franchisees, mid-sized B2B organizations and national brands across several verticals. The Role

We are looking for an experienced, positive, and motivated self-starter to join our Performance Marketing & Accounts team. As a Performande Marketing Specialist, your role is to oversee a portfolio of clients engaged in our paid social and paid search campaigns. Note: This is a fully remote position.

Duties and Responsibilities

Setup, manage and optimize advertising campaigns on various digital channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, CTV/OTT/Programmatic, etc.
Ad creation and deployment
Monitor, analyze and report on client KPIs
Research industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies and platforms.
Coordinate all digital assets (i.e. copy, text, imagery, branding) for all online properties including websites and apps
Meet with Paid Ads Team Lead to discuss performance of campaigns
Update and manage client landing pages and lead distribution setup
Troubleshoot any errors to ensure all aspects of campaigns are performing correctlyDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients
Responsible for building project management tools such as project plans, scheduling, and campaign logistics
Responsible for monthly program reporting, analytics and recommendations with clients
Tracking monthly budgets for advertising campaigns
Liaise with production teams, performance teams, management and clients

Required Qualifications

Minimum of (3) years of experience in a digital marketing and/or client service role a must.
Must also have experience within an agency environment, managing multiple accounts
Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystem
Advanced understanding of digital paid advertising platforms (Meta Business Manager, Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
Ability to analyze and report on key digital metrics
Working knowledge of Project Management platforms (Asana, Monday, etc.)
Experience cultivating strong relationships with clients and partners
Exceptional organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated track record of stick-handling and problem-solving client issues
Self-Starter with a keen eye for detail
Proven track record of successfully handling multiple clients in a fast pace environment

Required Experience and Education

Post-secondary education required
3+years in a Performance Marketing and/or Digital Agency Client Services role
Digital Agency experience
