Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead our SAP implementation projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT governance and project management, with a proven ability to manage complex projects from initiation through to completion. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead SAP projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT governance standards.
Oversee the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for SAP implementations, from planning to execution.
Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality and ensure user satisfaction.
Gather and document requirements from stakeholders, translating them into actionable project plans.
Utilize cloud computing solutions where applicable to enhance project efficiency and scalability.
Implement Scrum methodologies to manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.
Collaborate with team members using Team Foundation Server (TFS) for tracking progress and managing tasks.
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and problem-solving.

Skills

Strong understanding of IT governance principles and practices.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in SDLC methodologies, ensuring adherence to best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Experience in user acceptance testing processes, ensuring that solutions meet business needs.
Knowledge of cloud computing technologies and their application within SAP environments.
Familiarity with Scrum frameworks for agile project management.
