Full Job Description

At SingleSource, our Property Preservation team keeps properties in compliance resolving code violations before they turn into an scalation. We're hiring a Violations Coordinator to own that process: opening and investigating violation work orders, working directly with local code enforcement offices, and driving each case to resolution.

You'll also handle related property-compliance work, including Vacant Property Registrations and Utility Management orders. This role is a great fit for someone who's persistent, comfortable working the phone with government offices, and good at chasing down documentation until a case is actually closed.

What You'll Do

Open all new violation work orders and investigate the reason behind each violation.
Work directly with local code enforcement offices to obtain the documentation and information needed to cure violations.
Handle Vacant Property Registration orders and submit completed results to clients.
Manage Utility Management Orders, including processing monthly utility payments.
Locate and coordinate qualified vendors to complete violation-related work, ensuring they understand applicable SLAs and client requirements.
Partner with Vendor Management to identify coverage gaps and source vendors in underserved areas.
Follow every case through to resolution, keeping clients informed of delays, issues, or exceptions along the way.
Build strong, accountable relationships with vendor partners to maintain quality and SLA adherence.
Keep internal and external systems accurately and consistently documented.

What We're Looking For

Experience in property preservation, code enforcement, mortgage servicing, or another field-services-related industry.
Comfort with heavy phone and computer work, including regular calls to government and code enforcement offices.
Persistence and follow-through, violations typically aren't resolved in one call, and nothing should fall through the cracks.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage many open cases at once.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to work independently, prioritize competing deadlines, and make sound calls in the moment.
Willingness to work 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST.
