We’ve built proprietary tech that uses computer vision to watch live TV and improve the content with contextually-aware commercials, content, and games. Our tech also automates the manual AV tasks that venues have to do every day, to make bar management easier, standardized, and more profitable. We are building the largest on-premise attention network in North America - and programmatic DOOH will play a critical role in scaling our advertising business.

We are looking for a Head / Director of Programmatic Marketplace to join our team.

What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for a Head / Director of Programmatic Marketplace to build and scale Taiv’s programmatic DOOH revenue engine.

This role owns the strategy and execution required to make programmatic DOOH a predictable, scalable revenue channel by improving fill rate, expanding evergreen PMP demand, and optimizing yield across Taiv’s place-based inventory.

This is a highly visible leadership role combining marketplace strategy, demand partnerships, analytics, and hands-on execution.

Role Objective:

Build and scale Taiv’s programmatic DOOH revenue by:

Increasing programmatic fill rate across network inventory
Growing evergreen PMP demand from agency trading desks and DSPs
Stabilizing revenue volatility and improving yield performance
Establishing programmatic as a consistent and scalable revenue engine

What You'll Be Doing:

Programmatic Revenue Ownership

Own open exchange and evergreen PMP revenue performance
Improve fill rates and reduce revenue volatility
Define pricing strategy including floor CPM logic and demand tiering
Develop scalable packaging strategies based on market, screen density, venue mix, and audience

Marketplace Partnerships

Prospect and develop relationships with DOOH DSP, SSP, and marketplace teams
Ensure Taiv inventory is prioritized within curated marketplaces
Troubleshoot deal activation, pacing, and delivery issues
Identify new demand sources and partnership opportunities

Evergreen PMP Strategy

Design scalable PMP frameworks agencies can activate repeatedly
Structure deals aligned with trader buying behavior
Partner closely with agency trading desks to drive consistent spend

Internal Programmatic Leadership

Establish reporting discipline for forecasting, pacing, and revenue tracking
Educate the national sales team on programmatic strategy and opportunities
Partner with product team to improve yield
Help define long-term programmatic monetization strategy

Who You Are:

Data-driven operator with strong intuition for marketplace dynamics
Analytical thinker comfortable modeling yield scenarios and revenue trade-offs
Technically savvy and comfortable working daily in SSP dashboards and reporting tools
Skilled at structuring PMP deals that traders will actually activate
Builder mentality, able to create new processes and frameworks from scratch
Strong communicator capable of educating internal teams and influencing external partners
Persuasive seller with experience presenting value to programmatic buyers

Your Qualifications:

7–12 years experience in programmatic media or DOOH monetization
Demonstrated ownership of programmatic revenue or yield performance
Experience scaling low-CPM, high-volume inventory businesses
Deep understanding of:
PMP mechanics
curated marketplaces
DSP activation workflows
DOOH pricing benchmarks and buying dynamics

Critical Relationships:

DSP marketplace teams (e.g., major programmatic buying platforms)
Programmatic DOOH buyers and agency trading leads
Supply-side marketplace partners and network operators

Success Metrics:

Improvement in programmatic fill rate
Growth in total DOOH programmatic revenue
Expansion of evergreen PMP demand
Increase in number and productivity of DSP marketplace relationships
