Full Job Description:

Connected Care is in search of clinicians licensed in the State of California who will provide assessment, treatment planning, and therapy using evidence-based practices. Connected Care encourages providers to use evidence-based practices that fit their style, training, and expertise. The list of job duties includes:

· Provide services: provide assessment, treatment planning, and individual and/or family therapy.

· Document the care you provide: access our electronic health record platform to document the care you provide.

· Set your own flexible schedule to meet your practice needs with a minimum of four hours per week.

· Paid $80/hour for rendered services

· As needed, correct documented services in response to audit recommendations.

· Immediately notify Connected Care of any pending or actual litigation, judgment, or administrative investigation that may impact ability to maintain professional licensure, liability insurance coverage, or both.

Additional Requirements:

· Maintain an active, current, and in-good standing license with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as either: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, and/or Licensed Psychologist

· Maintain professional liability insurance

· Submit documentation through Connected Care’s electronic health record system

· Adhere to professional and legal requirements including those associated with Business and Professional Code, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, and professional standards set by contractor’s professional licensure.
