# Ketamine Integration Therapist

### Visionary Women's Health | Columbia, Maryland

### Help Women Transform Their Lives Through Deep Healing

Visionary Women's Health is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and heart-centered therapist to join our Awakened Medicine Ketamine Intensive Program.

This is not traditional therapy.

This role is for a therapist who understands that healing is more than symptom reduction. We believe true healing occurs when women reconnect with their bodies, emotions, stories, purpose, and inner wisdom.

Our Awakened Medicine Ketamine Intensive combines physician-guided ketamine-assisted therapy, acupuncture, nervous system regulation, and psychotherapy integration to support profound personal transformation.

We are looking for a therapist who feels called to walk alongside women as they move through some of the most meaningful healing experiences of their lives.

## Position Overview

The Ketamine Integration Therapist will support participants before and after their ketamine experiences.

Responsibilities include:

### Preparation Sessions

Conduct one pre-treatment session to:

Build rapport and psychological safety
Clarify intentions
Identify goals for treatment
Review expectations and emotional readiness

### Integration Sessions

Conduct four post-treatment integration sessions one week apart to:

Help participants process their ketamine experiences
Identify themes, insights, and emotional patterns
Support meaning-making and behavioral change
Facilitate nervous system regulation practices
Assist clients in translating insight into action

### Collaboration

Work closely with Dr. Holda Gueye and the Visionary Women's Health team to ensure continuity of care and participant safety.

## Ideal Qualifications

Required:

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C)
Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
Licensed Psychologist
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Preferred:

Experience with trauma-informed care
Experience with ketamine-assisted psychotherapy or psychedelic integration
Experience working with women
Familiarity with somatic therapies
Experience with mindfulness-based approaches
Experience supporting clients through life transitions, grief, trauma, identity shifts, or personal growth

## Compensation

Independent Contractor Position

Compensation:

Preparation Session: $125
Integration Sessions: $125 per session
Total Compensation Per Participant: $625

This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to grow with a unique and innovative healing program.

## Schedule

Part-Time Contract Position

Flexible scheduling.

Most integration sessions will occur virtually within one week following ketamine treatment sessions.
