Responsibilities:
- Conduct remote tele-video psychotherapy, assessing new client histories, and determining appropriate treatment options in consultation with the patient and other mental health professionals.
- Consults with Clinical Manager in the development and facilitation of program activities which assures an optimal therapeutic experience for all patients.
- Creates individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances.
- Conducts and documents ongoing assessment of patient progress in approved platform(s).
- Evaluate and document effectiveness of patient teaching, therapy, interventions and patient responses.

Qualifications:
- Active clinical licensure in the state of Michigan.
- Master’s degree in social work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health, or related field.
- Active Clinical licensure and experience (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC/PhD).
- Comfortable with technology and distance-based management of patients.
- Required- experience providing individual, group and family therapy/counseling.
- Current Active Independent Clinical License for Teletherapy (LCSW/LPCC/LMFT) in Michigan.
- Technology requirements:
- Must use personal laptop/computer that can run Zoom and other applications required for Telehealth remote work.
- Must use a HIPAA-compliant office workspace.
- Internet connection - broadband wired or wireless (3G or 4G/LTE)
- Speakers and a microphone – built-in, USB plug-in, or wireless Bluetooth
- A webcam or HD webcam – built-in, USB plug-in or an HD cam or HD camcorder with a video-capture card OR virtual camera software for use with broadcasting software like OBS or IP cameras.Supporting operating systems:
- macOS X with macOS X (10.11) or later
- Windows 11
- Windows 10 Note: Devices running Windows 10 must run Windows 10 Home, Pro, or Enterprise. S Mode is not supported.
