Header: Job Summary
Join our dynamic quality assurance team as a Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our manufacturing processes meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and efficiency. As a CQA, you will lead comprehensive audits, analyze data, and verify that products and processes adhere to industry regulations and internal quality systems. Your expertise will help drive continuous improvement initiatives, uphold regulatory compliance, and maintain our reputation for excellence in manufacturing. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills and quality management knowledge in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Header: Duties

Conduct detailed quality audits across production lines, ensuring adherence to ISO 13485, ISO 9001, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and coordinate measuring machines to perform dimensional measurements and verify product specifications.
Interpret mechanical blueprints and technical drawings accurately to assess manufacturing compliance with design requirements.
Analyze measurement data collected through vision inspection systems and other measurement instruments to identify deviations from quality standards.
Review production documents, including process records and calibration logs, to ensure regulatory and legal compliance standards are maintained.
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions based on audit findings.
Maintain detailed audit reports, non-conformance reports, and compliance documentation while supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the quality management system.

Header: Experience

Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment, preferably with exposure to medical device or pharmaceutical industries.
Strong knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 13485, ISO 9001), GMP regulations (including CGMP), HACCP principles.
Hands-on experience with calibration and use of precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, vision inspection systems, and coordinate measuring machines.
Familiarity with quality systems including QA/QC procedures, data collection methods, and analysis techniques for process improvement.
Mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret mechanical blueprints and GDT (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for conducting thorough audits and identifying process deviations.
Strong communication skills for documenting findings clearly and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
