Full Job Description

All Inclusive Radio, LLC is looking for on air talent for several of it's digital radio stations, broadcasting out of Phoenix, Arizona, but also streaming to the world on our website, custom app and third party stream sites. You can remote voice track from anywhere with your professional mic and a windows computer.

About the company:

All Inclusive Radio, LLC is a growing start-up digital media platform consisting of multiple legal and licensed radio stations broadcasting music across Phoenix, the USA, Canada, Mexico and more. We currently have 9 stations. All on-air shifts are remote, on your own schedule, and you will be provided with the required software. Professional radio experience is not required, but helpful. On-air talent should have great energetic personalities and speak clearly. Heavy social media development and promotion of radio shows is required so please be social media savvy. Candidates should have a passion for broadcasting and a willingness to see themselves and the platform grow and succeed.

The stations that we are in need of great on-air talent are:

> 99.9 Rockcast Radio (Metal)

> 103.5 The Shark (Hair Metal / Melodic Rock)

> 105 The Track (70's)

> 96.9 Dirt Road Radio (Country)

> Big Hits 100 (Hit Music From All Genres)

You may apply for our other stations, however, those listed are what we are in immediate need of.

We have weekday positions and weekend positions available. Shows/Shifts are generally 4-5 hours and normally take about 30-40 minutes per show to voice track with our remote software. More information will be provided in a one-on-one call, but we want to be 100% clear that this is, for now, a non-salaried position. There is the opportunity to make money if you were to secure sponsors or advertisers for your program, or any station in general. An ad salesperson position is coming very soon, which will generate revenue for the station and on air personalities. Most of the on air talent we have just simply love radio, like we do! Again, unless you an obtain sponsors/advertisers for your show, any of our shows or stations or similar, this is a volunteer position for now. We have to sound marketable before hiring salespeople, so that's why we need you!

We are looking for people who love music and have a passion for radio. We are not your standard “online” radio station. We have a terrestrial sound and, with your help, can move forward with our vision. You will be asked to supply an air-check or audio sample using your equipment if considered. We have a great website and app. If you love doing radio, or, if you've always wanted to be on the radio, apply, and let's talk. Give us a listen, you will hear the difference.

You must have 100% interest, as we are only looking for people who really love radio and hosting their own program. Music is planned out, but after a while, you will be allowed to edit playlists with the songs in our system.
