Do you have a passion for high-performance outdoor audio and lighting? Are you energized by meeting new people, dazzling them with live product demonstrations, and traveling across either Southern or Northern California and the West Coast? Coastal Source is seeking fun, adventurous, and tech-savvy Mobile Demo & Technical Specialists to join our team full-time!

Location of this role is SoCal and NorCal.

Position Overview

The Audio/Lighting Product Demonstrator & Technical Specialist is a road warrior who will bring the Coastal Source experience directly to dealers, installers, and clients by way of our demonstration Mercedes van. You’ll showcase our cutting-edge systems, troubleshoot technical setups, and inspire the West Coast with your energy and expertise.

You Will:

Travel throughout either Southern or Northern California and the West Coast in our demo van, delivering unforgettable live audio and lighting demonstrations
Set up, operate, and break down demo equipment at events, dealer showrooms, and client sites
Train dealers and installers on product features, installation best practices, and technical details
Be the friendly face of Coastal Source, answering questions and solving technical challenges on the spot
Provide remote technical support via phone and email to dealers, installers, and clients filling any non-demo time
Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure every demo is a hit
Document feedback, report demo results, and help us continuously improve our offerings

Hands-on technical experience (audio/lighting, installation, troubleshooting)
Enthusiastic, outgoing personality with a knack for turning demos into memorable experiences
Organized and reliable, with attention to detail
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to be deemed insurable under our Company’s liability insurance policy
