Full Job Description

Embra Health is a mental healthcare company dedicated to supporting family-building. We offer mental health evaluations, consultations, and supportive services to intended parents, donors, gestational carriers, and agencies. We are passionate about the mind-body connection and have a mission to bring a wholistic family-building experience to the family-building sector.

About the Role

We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join our team as a part-time, salaried W-2 clinician (20 hours/week). This role is designed for someone who thrives in providing consistent emotional support, psychoeducation, and clinical guidance to individuals and families navigating assisted reproduction.

The position includes:

16–18 client-facing hours per week (via Telehealth)
2–4 hours per week for documentation, collaboration, and administrative tasks
A focus on journey support and intended parent support, with opportunities to also connect with surrogates and donors

Key Responsibilities

Conduct one-on-one intended parent consultations to provide education, support, and emotional guidance
Facilitate joint consultations with intended parents and surrogates/donors to strengthen communication and expectations
Provide ongoing supportive check-ins and consultations for surrogates, donors, and intended parents at various stages of the journey
Maintain thorough documentation and timely reporting through our secure systems
Collaborate with Embra Health leadership and administrative staff to ensure continuity of care and quality assurance

Qualifications

Active Psychology Licensure
Active clinical license in good standing (PsyPACT eligibility preferred)
Prior experience or strong interest in reproductive mental health and family-building journeys
Skilled at working with diverse family constellations and navigating emotionally sensitive topics
Malpractice insurance coverage (minimum $1M/$3M)
Previous telehealth experience preferred

Compensation

$60,000 annual salary for 20 hours/week (W-2 employee status)
No healthcare benefits included at this hour level.
Opportunity to expand to 32+ hours/week in the future with access to healthcare benefits
