Founder and CEO Amanda Koplin recovered from an eating disorder and started her company to provide the exact services she needed the most but could not find: instruction, support and guidance outside of offices and treatment centers.

Job Overview:

This is a full-time, remote position for a Licensed Professional Counselor with 3-4 years of experience in Eating Disorder recovery. The role is a hybrid of supervisory and direct client care.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervising a cohort of coaches.
Implementing targeted training for coaches.
Managing a caseload of clients.
Working at least two weekday evenings per week.
Troubleshooting issues with coaches.
Motivating coaches, clients, and families.

Required Experience and Skills:

Experience: 3-4 years in Eating Disorder recovery, including supervising others in this field.
Tactical Knowledge: Understanding of practical aspects of recovery like meal support, grocery shopping, and working with families.
Licensing: Must hold a valid Counseling license.
Personal Traits: Excellent time management, flexibility, self-starter, willingness to support the team, and strong conceptualization and troubleshooting skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job Type: Full-time, remote.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with weekend availability.

Home, not rehab, is where our triggers are therefore our coaches assist clients in navigating these triggers in a positive and healthy way. Each coach’s role is specifically tailored to the needs of the individual client. The coach is picked in order to provide a “best-fit match” to ensure success. Coaches work with us on a case-by-case basis depending on the fit and schedule of clients. Coaches often focus on helping clients to build a schedule and solid recovery network.
