Eventsleadspro (aivideomart.com) is a white-label AI video production partner for digital marketing agencies, paid social agencies, social media agencies, and businesses that need high-quality video content at scale.

We help agencies and business owners turn scripts, briefs, product links, landing pages, and campaign ideas into finished short-form videos, paid social ads, AI spokesperson videos, product videos, explainer videos, and campaign variation packs.

We are looking for a Business Development Partner who already has relationships with agencies, business owners, marketers, consultants, or industry decision-makers who need video production.

This is not an entry-level sales role. This is a resource-driven partnership role.

What You Will Do

Your main responsibility is to bring qualified business opportunities.

This may include:

Introducing AI Video Mart to agency owners, business owners, or marketing decision-makers
Setting up calls with qualified prospects
Helping explain our AI video production value proposition
Identifying agencies that can resell our videos under their own brand
Building relationships with channel partners and referral sources
Following up with warm prospects in your network
Helping close new accounts or recurring production clients
Tracking your pipeline and introductions
Working with our internal team to move deals from introduction to close

This is not cold calling random leads all day.

We are specifically looking for someone with existing relationships, industry access, or a book of business.

Estimated annual earnings: $50,000 – $180,000+, depending on your network, activity level, and closed accounts.

This role is best for someone who already has access to real business relationships and wants to monetize those relationships with a strong AI video production offer.

Commission structure will be discussed during the interview.

Requirements

You should have:

Existing business relationships or a book of business
Experience in B2B sales, business development, partnerships, marketing, media, creative services, or agency sales
Ability to speak with business owners, agency owners, marketers, and decision-makers
Self-managed work style
Basic understanding of marketing, video content, social media, or advertising

Strong Plus If You Have

Existing relationships with marketing agencies
Existing relationships with local service businesses
Experience selling creative services, video production, SEO, PPC, social media, or marketing services
Ability to bring in channel partners, not just one-off clients

You do not have any business relationships or prospecting ability
You want a company to provide all leads for you
You have never sold or introduced B2B services before
You need daily management or hand-holding
You are not comfortable with commission-based compensation
