Full Job Description

A top-producing Loan Officer is seeking an experienced Loan Processor to join our highly successful and fast-growing mortgage office. We are looking for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is an efficient multi-tasker, enjoys working with people, and brings a consistently positive attitude to the team. If you do what you say you will do and believe excellence is the standard, not the goal, you may be the perfect fit.

Position Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor or Underwriter with a minimum of three (3) years of current mortgage loan processing experience, including:

Conventional, FHA, VA and Non-QM loans
Automated underwriting systems such as DU and DO
Brokering loans to various lenders
Income calculation, including tax return analysis
Submitting loans to underwriting and investors
Clearing underwriting conditions
Managing files through to closing
Knowledge of LE, CD Settlement Statements, required disclosures, and compliance timeframes.
Strong computer skills
Experience with Calyx software, ARIVE
