Temporary Document Reviewers (Attorneys or Experienced Paralegals) – Litigation Document Coding

Operating from offices in Fort Lauderdale, FL, and Quito, Ecuador, the firm provides a wide range of services, including complex commercial litigation, government relations, land development, bankruptcy, probate, and more. Clients benefit from a multifaceted approach to legal issues, with seasoned trial attorneys and other professionals working collaboratively to deliver results.

Role Description

We are seeking Document Reviewers for upcoming litigation projects. This role is ideal for experienced paralegals or licensed attorneys with document review or e-discovery experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

These are temporary, hourly, offsite positions expected to last approximately 6–9 months, with the potential to convert to a full-time role for the right candidate (s).

Responsibilities:

Review and code documents for relevance, privilege, and confidentiality
Conduct first-level review using e-discovery platforms (Relativity)
Identify key information in reviewed documents and communicate findings to review managers
Follow project protocols and maintain quality and productivity standards

Qualifications:

Licensed attorney in good standing in any U.S. jurisdiction or experienced litigation paralegal
Prior document review or e-discovery experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow review protocols
Reliable, professional, and able to commit to the project timeline
Proficiency with Relativity Platform

Details:

Multiple open roles
Location: Remote
Temporary position (6–9 month project)
Hourly pay
40 hours per week (Monday–Friday) with potential overtime
Fast-paced litigation review environment
Opportunity to work on multiple projects and potential for full-time employment for strong performers
Pay Range: $30-40 per hour
