In this role, you'll connect with individuals and families exploring their coverage options, walk them through what's available, and help them make decisions that protect what matters most. The conversations are meaningful, and the income potential is real.

This is a commission-based opportunity ideal for self-motivated people who want flexibility, autonomy, and earnings that reflect their effort.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $89,000–$150,000+

$112,500 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
Guide clients through the process of selecting life insurance policies that best fit their circumstances.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing support and satisfaction.
Collaborate with our team to stay updated on the latest insurance products and industry trends.
Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge and sales skills.
Utilize digital tools and platforms to manage client information and track sales progress.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear and concise information about policy options and benefits.

Qualifications:

No Experience required
Experience in customer service or sales roles, showcasing your ability to connect with clients.
Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively, ensuring clients understand their options.
Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships, fostering trust and loyalty.
Comfortable using digital tools and platforms to manage client information and track progress.
Willingness to learn and adapt, participating in training sessions to enhance your skills.
Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Ability to work independently, managing your schedule and tasks efficiently in a remote setting.
