The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC), Buying & Invoicing, SAP MM, and SAP CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway) integrations. This role requires hands-on experience in SAP Ariba implementations, business process design, system configuration, integration, testing, and post-production support while working closely with business stakeholders, suppliers, and technical teams.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Network (Ariba) Consultant to support and enhance procurement, supplier collaboration, and invoicing processes within an SAP S/4HANA environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC), Buying & Invoicing, SAP MM, and SAP CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway) integrations.

This role requires hands-on experience in SAP Ariba implementations, business process design, system configuration, integration, testing, and post-production support while working closely with business stakeholders, suppliers, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to procurement, supplier collaboration, sourcing, and invoicing processes.
Lead the configuration and implementation of SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC) and Buying & Invoicing modules.
Design, configure, and support Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Contract (S2C) business processes.
Configure and maintain supplier collaboration processes including purchase order collaboration, forecast collaboration, inventory visibility, and supplier communication.
Integrate SAP Ariba solutions with SAP S/4HANA using SAP Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG).
Perform CIG mapping, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
Configure supplier enablement, catalogs, approval workflows, invoice automation, and procurement controls.
Support master data integration and transactional data flows between Ariba and SAP S/4HANA.
Prepare functional specifications, business process documents, configuration documents, and integration requirements.
Collaborate with ABAP developers, middleware teams, and technical architects on custom developments and enhancements.
Execute and support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover planning, deployment, and hypercare activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional, configuration, and integration-related issues.
Provide production support and continuous improvement recommendations for procurement and supplier management processes.
Work closely with business users, suppliers, project managers, and cross-functional teams to optimize procurement operations and drive adoption of SAP Business Network capabilities.

Required Qualifications

7–10+ years of SAP consulting experience with strong expertise in SAP Ariba SCC and SAP MM.
Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC) and Buying & Invoicing modules.
Experience with at least 3–4 full lifecycle SAP Ariba implementation projects.
Strong knowledge of:

Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
Source-to-Contract (S2C)
Supplier Enablement
Catalog Management
Invoice Automation
Experience integrating SAP Ariba with SAP S/4HANA using SAP Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG).
Strong understanding of SAP MM procurement processes and master data structures.
Experience preparing functional specifications and supporting technical development teams.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proven client-facing consulting experience and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC) Certification.
SAP S/4HANA Materials Management (MM) Certification.
Experience with SAP Business Network supplier collaboration initiatives.
Prior experience in large-scale enterprise procurement transformation programs.

Salary

$80 - $90 per hour
