Full Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Supporting SAP projects throughout different phases of delivery for ERP project
Collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination of activities
Organizing meetings, workshops, follow-ups, and maintaining action trackers
Preparing and maintaining project documentation, reports, presentations, and project plans and status updates
Supporting Project Managers in tracking timelines, risks, issues, and overall project progress
Assisting with resource planning, task coordination, and status reporting
Building knowledge of SAP and business processes, particularly in logistics, transportation, warehousing, and supply chain areas
Supporting Project Managers in coordinating stakeholders and ensuring alignment across project teams
Ensuring consistency, quality, and accuracy of project documentation and communication
Supporting presales activities, including effort estimation, planning assumptions, and preparing responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs)
Using tools effectively to organize work and communicate project status, including MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or equivalent tools
The role is primarily remote; however, it may involve occasional travel to client sites or participation in key workshops and events, accounting for approximately up to 20%-30% of your time

What we expect

1-3 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, project management, consulting, business support, or a similar role
Excellent command of Polish and English (C1 level or higher), both written and spoken, enabling effective communication in both domestic and international business environments
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, XLOOKUP, filtering, and advanced formulas
Experience using project and task management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Trello, Asana, or similar
Interest in ERP systems (SAP, MS Dynamics, IFS or similar), and business processes, with a willingness to build knowledge of SAP and implementation methodologies
Experience working with a broad range of stakeholders, including managers, business users, client teams, and technical specialists
Ability to work effectively with both functional and technical teams in distributed and international environments
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced consulting environment, where priorities and responsibilities may change based on client and business needs
Confidence in administrative ownership, including documentation, meeting organization, follow-ups, reporting, and maintaining delivery discipline
A self-driven mindset with the ability to learn quickly, understand business context, connect information across different areas, take ownership of assigned responsibilities and maintain a proactive approach to delivery
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a detail-oriented, solution-focused, and collaborative approach
Strong analytical skills and the ability to prepare structured reports, presentations, and project updates for various stakeholder groups
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to changing project needs in a dynamic consulting environment
The role is primarily remote; however, openness to occasional visits to the office (which may be required) as well as business travel, when needed (up to 20% – 30% of the time), is expected

Nice to have

Experience supporting presales activities, such as effort estimation, proposal creation, and client presentations
Knowledge of logistics, transportation, warehousing, supply chain, or manufacturing processes
Project management certifications such as SAP Activate, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid / waterfall methodologies
Experience in a consulting, customer-facing, or project-based environment
