About the Role:

As a Call Center Supervisor, you will lead, coach, and develop a team of 8-10 customer service agents while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for driving team performance, supporting employee development, resolving escalated customer concerns, and partnering closely with leadership to ensure operational success.

This role is ideal for an experienced leader who enjoys coaching others, building strong relationships, and creating an engaging team environment focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Do:

Lead, coach, and develop a team of 8-10 agents
Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings, coaching sessions, and development planning
Monitor team performance through call evaluations, quality reviews, and attendance management
Provide timely coaching and actionable feedback to improve performance
Handle escalated customer concerns and model exceptional customer service
Foster a collaborative, positive, and engaging team culture
Maintain performance documentation and support daily operational needs
Partner regularly with client leadership to build strong business relationships
Track team performance metrics and develop action plans to achieve goals
Encourage continuous learning and professional growth across the team

What We're Looking For:

Minimum of 5 years of verifiable supervisory or account management experience required
Proven experience successfully coaching, developing, and leading high-performing teams
Strong leadership presence with a passion for helping others succeed
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse personalities and learning styles
Highly coachable and able to quickly implement feedback
Resourceful problem solver who can work independently while collaborating effectively
Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and technology platforms
Ability to prioritize performance outcomes while maintaining a positive team culture
Passion for creating meaningful employee experiences and developing future leaders
Comfortable leading meetings and remaining on camera during virtual coaching sessions
Professional, engaging, and energetic leadership style
