PitCrew is an AI-native product that helps automotive service centers run better operations. We connect to a facility's existing cameras via a small edge appliance, run computer vision models locally, and deliver real-time insights on technician workflow, bay utilization, service quality, and customer experience.
Every customer we've talked to loves it. Product-market fit is clear, the addressable market is huge, and there's almost no direct competition. What we need now is someone to take customers from pilot to paid, then grow each account across their entire store footprint.
This is the first dedicated account management hire at Leverege. You'll report directly to the COO, inherit a portfolio of active accounts, and own the post-pilot commercial relationship from conversion through expansion. As the function and the company scale, the role will grow with it. The right person will have the opportunity to take on more accounts, more responsibility, and eventually leadership over the function.
Own the customer relationship from pilot through enterprise-wide expansion. Our motion is land-and-expand: customers start with a free pilot at 1-3 stores, convert to a paid per-store subscription, and grow across their footprint over time. You pick up the relationship at the start of the pilot. Top-of-funnel and new logo acquisition are not part of this role. Specifically:
-
Convert pilots to paying customers. Shepherd customers through their pilot, demonstrate value, navigate procurement, and close the conversion. Lead with ROI, not features.
-
Drive store-by-store expansion and tier upgrades. Our pricing is per store, per month, with multiple tiers. More stores and higher tiers are the growth levers. Work with customers to build expansion roadmaps and execute against them.
-
Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders from store managers to senior operational leaders. Map the internal power structure. Identify who has influence, who makes decisions, and who can block them.
-
Partner closely with the Product Delivery team who handles the technical implementation (edge appliance deployment, camera configuration, AI model tuning). You own the relationship; they own the rollout logistics. The partnership between these functions is critical.
-
Help shape the customer growth playbook. Document what works: talk tracks, objection handling, stakeholder engagement strategies, pilot-to-expansion milestones. You'll have real input into how Leverege runs accounts, not just execute someone else's playbook.
-
Travel to customer sites 1-2 times per month. Face time with customers is invaluable, especially for larger accounts. You'll visit auto shops, tire centers, and quick lubes across the country. This is a product that lives in the physical world, and so should you.
-
A relationship builder who earns trust fast. You're the person customers call when they have a problem because they know you'll be straight with them. You adapt your communication style to the audience, whether it's an executive or a shop manager.
-
Experienced at converting and expanding accounts. You've taken customers from pilot or trial to paid contract. You've grown accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and expansion. You know how to navigate procurement, build a business case, and close.
-
Consultative, not pushy. You ask sharp questions, listen carefully, and connect the dots between what the product does and what the customer cares about. You're a partner in your customers' success.
-
A fast learner with genuine curiosity. You'll need to get fluent in PitCrew's technology, the automotive service industry, and each customer's operational challenges. You'll figure it out, and you'll enjoy doing it.
-
A driver, not a passenger. You take ownership, operate with high autonomy, and don't wait to be told what to do. This is a fully remote role at a 45-person startup. If you need a lot of structure and hand-holding, this isn't the right fit.
-
Hungry to grow. You're not looking for a comfortable seat at a big company. You want to be at the ground level of a growing business, sharpen your skills on a product with real traction, and grow your role and compensation as the company scales.
-
5-8 years of professional experience with at least 3 years in B2B SaaS or technology
-
Track record of converting pilots, trials, or POCs into paid contracts
-
Track record of account expansion (upsell, cross-sell, footprint growth) in a portfolio of accounts
-
Experience managing multi-stakeholder relationships across operational and executive levels
-
Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
-
Willingness to travel 1-2 times per month to customer sites across the US
-
Located near a major US airport
-
Experience selling vertical SaaS into multi-location operators (automotive, retail, restaurants, field services, construction)
-
Experience in automotive services, fleet management, or adjacent verticals
-
Familiarity with computer vision, AI/ML, or IoT technologies
-
Experience at a growth-stage startup (sub-100 employees)
-
Technical degree or background (engineering, computer science, etc.)
-
A product people love, in a market with room to run. PitCrew has clear product-market fit, a huge addressable market, and almost no competition. Customers include Fortune 50m0 names in automotive services.
-
AI that does something real. Not a ChatGPT wrapper. PitCrew is AI-native, built on proprietary computer vision models running on real cameras in real shops. It solves real problems for the people who make the economy run.
-
Uncapped earning potential. Commission is uncapped. As PitCrew scales across hundreds of store locations, the revenue opportunity grows with it. If you crush it, you'll be compensated accordingly.
-
Be the first, grow with the function. You're not joining an established team. You're the first dedicated account management hire, with real input into how the function is built and a clear path to take on more as we scale.
-
Fully remote, high-trust culture. We're committed to remote work permanently. No return-to-office mandate. People here are smart, hardworking, and kind. High expectations, low politics. The challenges come from hard problems, not internal friction.
