Full Job Description

The Role

As an Adobe Workfront/Fusion Sr. Consultant, you'll provide strategic guidance and technical expertise to clients optimizing their use of the Workfront platform, with a particular focus on Workfront Fusion and broader iPaaS integrations. You'll help capture client requirements, design solutions, and build automations and integrations that connect Workfront to the rest of a client's content supply chain technology. You'll also guide clients through training, documentation, and adoption, so the solutions you build keep delivering value long after go-live. You will work with other Adobe Content Supply Chain specialists to design and build integrated solution that include Adobe Workfront, Adobe Fusion, AEM and other non-Adobe technologies and you will help identify and implement AI capabilities that augment and extend Fusion.

This role suits a consultant who's equally comfortable designing a Fusion scenario end to end and sitting across the table from a client explaining, calmly and clearly, why their “quick integration” is actually a bigger architecture decision.

What You'll Do

Capture client business requirements and translate them into Workfront solutions, configurations, and best practices.
Design, build, and maintain Workfront Fusion scenarios and other iPaaS integrations to automate workflows and connect Workfront with enterprise systems (DAM, CMS, CRM, and others).
Support clients in adopting AI-driven automation and content supply chain thinking as part of their broader Workfront and Fusion strategy.
Engage directly with clients to understand business goals, assess needs, and offer strategic recommendations for optimizing their Workfront environment.
Deliver training sessions for clients and internal teams, and create clear documentation to support long-term knowledge transfer.
Identify and engage clients in discussions around expansion opportunities, helping surface additional ways CapabilitySource can support their evolving integration needs.
Stay current on Workfront, Fusion, and broader MarTech platform developments to keep client recommendations sharp.
Learn and implement solutions with other iPaaS technologies including but not limited to: Workato, Zapier, Make, n8n and Power Automate.

What You Bring

3-5+ years of hands-on experience with the Adobe Workfront platform.
Proficiency in Workfront Fusion and other iPaaS technologies, with a track record of building real integrations, not just configuring a few scenarios.
Familiarity with other MarTech platforms is a plus, including Digital Asset Management (e.g. AEM, Bynder, Aprimo), Marketing Performance Management (e.g. Uptempo), Reporting and Dashboard (Power BI, Cognos) and Work Management (e.g. Monday.com, JIRA, Aprimo).
Familiarity integrating with common corporate systems (e.g. NetSuite, Infor, Salesforce, Hubspot)
Ability to effectively use AI ( e.g. Claude, CoPilot ) in all activities. If you’re new to AI-augmented consulting, we will teach you.
Confident, straightforward communication. You can walk a non-technical stakeholder through a technical trade-off without losing them, and you'd rather be clear than clever.
A consulting mindset: you dig past the stated request to the real problem, think in systems, and present options instead of just executing a spec.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
The ability to work independently in a fast-moving, relatively unstructured environment. We're a boutique firm, so you'll wear more than one hat.

Compensation

$85 to $95 per hour, commensurate with experience.

This is a 1099 independent contractor engagement. Contractor is responsible for their own taxes, benefits, and insurance. Opportunities for 10, 20, 30, or 40 hours/week.
