The Role
As an Executive Matchmaker at Sophy Love, you act as a trusted representative and advocate for our clients. You work across dating apps, social networks, referrals, and curated communities to identify, engage, and vet high-quality potential matches. This role requires relational intelligence, strategic thinking, emotional maturity, and exceptional communication.
You will build a deep understanding of each client’s values, goals, and patterns, while navigating nuanced, sometimes uncomfortable conversations with empathy and curiosity. Success in this role means not just finding matches, but guiding clients toward better choices and stronger relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Sophy Love clients across dating apps, social platforms, and professional networks
- Identify, assess, and engage potential matches aligned with client values and goals
- Maintain clear, thoughtful communication with clients and internal team members
- Track outreach, conversations, and match progress with precision and dedication
- Collaborate with coaches and matchmakers to support client growth and outcomes
- Navigate sensitive conversations with honesty, care, and emotional intelligence
Requirements
- Polished, professional demeanor with proven experience in luxury or high-touch customer-facing roles
- Strong interest in emotional intelligence, personal growth, and relational development
- Active engagement in personal development work, coaching, therapy, or similar practices
- Proven experience both coaching others and being coached
- Comfortable holding difficult or emotionally charged conversations with patience and curiosity
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Excellent written communication skills, thoughtful, clear, and emotionally attuned
- Experience working remotely with a professional home office setup
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, Slack, and modern collaboration tools
- Comfortable using both Android and iOS devices
- Hands-on experience with dating apps and modern digital communication platforms
- Bonus, background in writing, acting, or performance-based communication
