Graphic Designer — She Reigns Creative
Location: Remote, EST timezone ideal Prior Experience: 1-2 years Adobe Suite and graphic design experience required.
Are you a driven, creative, detail-oriented graphic designer keen to become part of a growing and thriving agency? Maybe you've worked previously with an agency and you're looking for a new opportunity to shine. Or perhaps you're a contractor looking for a consistent and exciting variety of graphic design work. If so, this position is for you.
At She Reigns Creative, we take pride in providing stellar service to our clients and going above and beyond every single time. We specialize in working with women entrepreneurs in the coaching, e-commerce, lifestyle, and health and fitness spaces (we love to do it all). We're now actively seeking a graphic designer to work remotely alongside our in-house designer, delivering a wide range of branding, digital, and print collateral.
Above all, we're hiring for taste and craft. Strong design fundamentals come first. We also want someone who uses AI tools to work faster and explore more directions without ever sacrificing quality, but the design eye is what matters most.
What you'll be doing:
- Designing across the full spectrum: social graphics, paid media creative, logos and brand guides, web layouts, digital and print collateral, email graphics, and more.
- Creating, editing, and converting social media posts, education materials, social ads, and other digital content for every major platform.
- Maintaining brand consistency across every asset you touch.
- Collaborating directly with the SRC Graphic Designer and project managers to deliver visual content that aligns with our clients' missions and values.
- Performing all assigned tasks accurately, efficiently, and in line with company policies.
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive employee and company data.
- Using AI tools where they genuinely help (ideation, mockups, hero imagery, motion, ad variations) to move faster and broaden your creative range.
Required design skills:
- Excellent graphic design fundamentals: typography, layout, hierarchy, composition, and color.
- A critical eye for detail and brand consistency.
- Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat Pro.
- Proficiency in Canva.
- Ability to work across a wide variety of niches and adapt your style to fit each brand.
- Logo design and brand guide development.
Efficiency and AI (important, but secondary to craft):
- Comfort using AI tools to speed up ideation, exploration, and production, while keeping the final output polished and on-brand.
- Familiarity with at least a few of the following is a strong plus: Midjourney, Higgsfield, Nano Banana, Flux, Firefly, ChatGPT, Runway, Sora, Veo, Kling.
- Ability to write clear, specific prompts and edit/refine AI outputs in Photoshop and Illustrator so the work looks intentional, not generic.
- Willingness to keep learning as the tools evolve, and to bring efficient new workflows to the team.
Bonus skills:
- Graphic and logo animation, motion design (After Effects).
- AI video generation experience.
- Web design experience (Shopify, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, Figma).
Who you are:
- Creative. You deliver unique, aesthetically pleasing graphics across various niches and industries, often to tight deadlines.
- Craft-driven. You care about the details. Kerning, spacing, alignment, color, and finish all matter to you.
- Fun and upbeat. We take pride in providing a relaxed, positive, and professional environment for our clients and employees. We don't like drama and we regularly tell dad jokes, often poorly. Please help.
- Innovative. Willing to take initiative, try new tools, and bring smarter ways of working to the team.
- Driven. Providing excellent work is your passion and you take pride in the results you deliver.
- Team-player. This is a remote position but you'll be serving a large team, so we want to get to know you.
- Self-starter. We run multiple projects at once with competing priorities. You create at a good pace, don't take revision requests personally, and adapt easily.
- Coachable. You'll work closely with the in-house graphic designer and take regular feedback from internal team members and clients.
What we need from you:
- Ability to work remotely with reliable wifi.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (3-4 years in graphic design or social media content).
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, social media marketing, and content creation.
- Proficient in Google Suite.
- Comfort with AI tools and a willingness to keep learning as the landscape evolves.
- Fluent in English.
If you're looking for consistent hours and the opportunity to grow your skills with the chance to step into a larger role, this job is for you, and we can't wait to meet you.
