Job Summary

Join a national industrial recruiting team that helps America's manufacturers solve critical skilled labor shortages.

For more than 30 years, MADICORP has partnered with manufacturers nationwide to recruit and mobilize skilled trades professionals for high-priority projects. From new production line launches and plant expansions to maintenance outages and backlog recovery, we deliver the specialized talent manufacturers need to keep operations running.

We're looking for an experienced recruiter who excels at sourcing hard-to-find skilled trades talent, thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment, and enjoys building relationships with highly skilled professionals. This is a full-cycle recruiting position focused exclusively on recruiting and workforce deployment, no sales or business development.

What You'll Do

Manage full-cycle recruiting for temporary and project-based skilled trades positions across the United States
Recruit for roles including CNC Machinists, Industrial Electricians, Maintenance Technicians, Welders, Millwrights, PLC Technicians, Tool & Die Makers, Industrial Mechanics, Controls Technicians, and other skilled manufacturing professionals
Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, databases, Boolean search techniques, networking, and other creative sourcing strategies
Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and evaluate technical qualifications and project fit
Utilize AI recruiting technology, ATS platforms, and recruiting automation tools to improve recruiting efficiency and candidate engagement
Work within TargetRecruit/Salesforce and MADICORP's proprietary workforce management platform, MADITIME
Coordinate candidate onboarding, travel, assignment readiness, and workforce deployments
Maintain communication with field employees throughout assignments, resolving issues and supporting retention
Manage multiple requisitions and recruiting pipelines across various clients, locations, and project timelines
Review AI-generated interview insights alongside recruiter evaluations to determine candidate fit
Support urgent staffing initiatives and rapid-response workforce deployment projects
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while representing MADICORP professionally throughout the hiring process
Assist with after-hours communication and staffing support when operationally necessary

What We're Looking For

5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within the staffing industry or high volume recruiting setting
Experience recruiting skilled trades, industrial maintenance, CNC machining, electrical, mechanical, fabrication, or other technical manufacturing positions
Proven success recruiting difficult-to-fill skilled trades roles in a high-volume environment
Experience recruiting nationally or across multiple geographic markets preferred
Strong sourcing, networking, and talent pipeline development skills
Proficiency with ATS platforms, recruiting technologies, AI recruiting tools, and sourcing platforms
Experience using Boolean search techniques and advanced online recruiting strategies
Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Sense of urgency, accountability, and responsiveness
Commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience
Strong attention to detail across recruiting, onboarding, travel coordination, and assignment management
Experience recruiting for aerospace, defense, precision manufacturing, or other advanced manufacturing industries is a strong plus
